XO Eagle Transmission (T-Type): race-proof performance and durability
A new connection between cassette and derailleur
The XO Eagle Transmission (T-Type) is designed as an integrated component that mounts around the same axle as the wheel. The revolutionary full mount method creates a much stronger connection by attaching to both sides of the frame.
The components are of a high standard, designed to last, and the set-up of the new Transmission derailleurs is still as intuitive as the Eagle AXS derailleurs.
An epochal change in sturdiness
The X0 Eagle Transmission marks an historic change in sturdiness especially when facing dirt tracks, allowing for the common maintenance required by real riders. The Overload Clutch increases resilience, the compact profile housing the B-knuckle protection cover and the outer part of the rear derailleur is fully replaceable or upgradeable to the XX.
New AXS Pod controller: ergonomics and lightness
Updated ergonomics and a greater range of adjustments of the AXS Pod controller transform rider-activated impulse into a new customisable experience in both function, via the AXS app, and button adjustment.
The new design features two "click and fire" buttons with an intuitive action that requires the ideal amount of rider input to activate.
The AXS Pod controller is lightweight, has a top-notch finish and can be mounted left or right thanks to its unique reversible design.
The Flattop chain is the strongest ever made by Sram
This is the strongest chain ever created by Sram and was designed to specifically optimize the Eagle drivetrain. Its aesthetics are revolutionary: the new T-Type design features a Flat top profile, a shape that maximizes shifting performance and makes the look of the bike unmistakable.
The Dark Polar version is specific to the X0; it is chemically nickel-plated and has a PVD surface finish that increases resistance to corrosion and wear. Fully compatible with E-MTBs, it uses solid pins.
