Body Geometry saddles
Traditional saddles caused ischemia - a loss of blood flow - which creates scar tissue and discomfort. To solve this problem, Specialized designed Body Geometry saddles with a cutout to relieve soft tissue pressure.
Mirror Tear Drop insert
Mirror technology, a fan favourite, has been incorporated into this saddle where it matters most. Directly under the ischial tuberosities. This insert provides maximum support, ensuring all-day comfort in the saddle. Specialized developed this technology so that the 3D printing of a liquid polymer reflects you perfectly. You can calibrate the density of one material to an infinitesimal level, but of course every material is only as good as the engineers who use it. Thanks to Body Geometry methodology, Retül data and our decades of experience, the 3D printed matrix is designed to distribute the pressure where the ischial tuberosities rest over a larger surface area, creating a 'hammock' effect so that it is the saddle that supports the weight, not the tissue around the bones.
