Rudy Project Egos Team Pearl Bahrain Victorious helmet

EGOS will be a new milestone in Rudy Project's performance collection. Equipped with a dual-density EPS core and an innovative internal structure designed to improve ventilation and shock absorption capacity, EGOS combines safety, comfort and performance. Lots of technology and a dynamic, lightweight design in a brand new product!

Dual Density
The Egos inner shell is distinguished by its main feature, DUAL DENSITY, which provides the helmet with a dual function. In fact, its shape allows greater ventilation at the top of the head, thus ensuring a greater feeling of comfort for the rider. Its structure, on the other hand, is characterised by a softer density than the inner shell, thus ensuring greater shock absorption and lowering the weight of the helmet.

Rotational Impact Test
Rudy Project is committed to developing products that aim for the highest level of safety, exceeding the current requirements set by international standards, such as CE or CPSC. Today, more than ever, the goal is to go further by also passing the RP Rotational Impact Test. The RP Rotational Impact Test is an internal protocol adopted by Rudy Project, in collaboration with accredited and notified bodies, to test and measure the performance of helmets against rotational impacts; it is inspired by CEN, ECE 22.06 (new standard for motorbike helmets) and is based on real accident data and scientific sources. The pass-fail criterion of the RP Rotational Impact Test is based on the BRIC (Brain Injury Criterion) value, an algorithm that defines the level of brain injury. This value must be less than 0.68. *The RP Rotational Impact Test is an internal RUDY PROJECT protocol to test and measure the performance of RUDY PROJECT helmets against rotational impacts. This test has not been adopted by CEN or its Working Group CEN TC 158 / Working Group 11.

Airframe Band
Egos incorporates the latest details designed to improve rider comfort. The latest generation AirFrame Band has been completely re-engineered for even more precise control of air circulation. Its 3D geometry is designed to distribute ventilation from the frontside through the inner channels for better sweat management. Together with the adaptive straps connected directly to the anti-slip system, it ensures stability, maximum security and an amazing fit.

Fidlock
Another important innovation is the FidLock® magnetic fastening system, which goes beyond the standard Fastex System consisting of the classic click buckle. A solution designed to be faster and safer and to become a trend for future Rudy Project helmets. The compact FidLock® magnetic system is intuitive, does not pinch the throat and can be used with one hand even when wearing gloves. This reliable, comfortable and secure system guarantees safety in the blink of an eye.

Ergo Divider
Safety and comfort are also enhanced by the new Ergo Divider, an evolution of the previous Divider Pro system. Rudy Project new ergonomic strap dividers to ensure stability, comfort on the skin and easy adjustment. No problem, at this point, with adjustments: once placed on the head, it will keep its position for a pleasant ride.

Retention 11 System
Egos is also equipped with the new RSR11 antiscalzamento system, which allows micrometric adjustments in both height and width. The new miniaturised RSR11 anti-skid system is a robust yet extremely lightweight system anchored inside the helmet: complete with height adjustment and a practical thumbwheel that allows quick and user-friendly adjustment, it allows the helmet to be fitted on the head quickly and securely. This helmet contains normal fitted and spare padding. The latter is equipped with an insect net. Two reflective stickers on the back of the helmet help increase visibility.
