Charger 3
The Charger 3 system represents a true revolution in absorption adjustment. Any rider can find the right point within the wide and precise range of adjustments. The ultimate goal was to decrease the shocks reaching the rider's hands, leading to total control and confidence. It means increased absorption in compression and superior control
superior control in the fork: no bumps, no response, no need to shake your hands at the end of the descent caused by all those bumps that slow you down. . The spring opposed to the piston allows unparalleled response on bumps and better response along the stroke. When the going gets tough, this perfectly oiled mechanism is ready to react as fast as you are. SKF seals
Everyone loves a partnership, which is why for over five years Rock Shocks has been working with SKF, the world's highest performing gasket manufacturer. Together they will provide wiper seals with ultra-low friction, less fatigue and unmatched suspension feel, all while keeping dirt in its place, because nobody wants that.

Pressure Relief Valves
Pressure relief valves eliminate unwanted air build-up in the lower leg caused by changes in altitude or temperature. With the push of a button or two, the pressure relief valves restore the balance of the lower leg for optimum sensitivity and fork feel.

ButterCups
Two small gold discs positioned at the end of the hydraulic and air cartridge stems and which fit into the fork stanchions... but they like to call them ButterCups. The aim was to find a solution to block high-frequency vibrations transmitted from the ground - through the fork - directly to your aching hands. Think of those sections filled with roots or loose stones. ButterCups absorb the initial part of the shocks and significantly reduce the possibility of fatigue. They block 20% of unwanted vibrations before they reach your hands. The gold-plated housings at the end of the shock and air spring contain two rubber discs that absorb high-frequency vibrations before they pass through the fork and reach the handlebars. ButterCups are those precious little things you wouldn't be aware of if it weren't for the undeniable influence they have on your riding.

DebonAir +
Born out of a never-ending obsession with performance optimisation, the DebonAir + offers exceptional response and consistency that you can rely on. Mid-stroke support has been extended, allowing the fork to stay more extended and utilise every millimetre of travel, giving the rider more confidence when the going gets steep. The goal was to have a consistent response across all three fork platforms, with specific positive and negative air volumes to make each spring work best for each rider.

New Ultimate Bushings
The RockShox engineering team has worked hard to develop the new bushings that enable your fork performance to withstand the elements, the bumps and the hours of riding you're prepared to put in. Bushings play a key role in allowing the stems and chainstays to work well together and slide smoothly along the stroke. Internal bushing overlap has been maximised on all models to reduce friction across the range. The new Ultimate models feature lower bushings with a length increased by 53 per cent compared to before to further optimise friction reduction. When track jolts try to send your wheel off course, the new Ultimate bushings on the higher-end models allow your fork to maintain control with confidence.
