New Supertype 336 T DX: designed together with top professional cyclists on the roads of the Giro d'Italia.

When the road climbs, you don't just have to overcome the opposing force of the air. Weight counts. This is how the new Supertype 336 T DX wheels are, stiffer and lighter: 125 g less with a 15% increase in torsion resistance. The possibility of fitting the tubular helps to minimise the weight of the wheel system.

The Supertype 336 T DX wheelsets mark the debut of the new 24-hole hub, front and rear, in Ergal AL7075 T6 and titanium freewheel body. RR-C (Racing Replica Ceramic) technology uses Ceramic Speed sealed ceramic bearings. The operating pressure can be adjusted via the adjustment rings.

The double-butted round stainless steel spokes adopt a 16+8 arrangement with the right side crossed. A wheel proudly Made in Italy.

New UD unidirectional high-modulus carbon fibre rims. The 36 mm profile for the particularly low weight is the choice for use on routes with significant climbs and gradients. The rim width is optimised for the use of 23 to 32 mm tubulars.

Rim
The carbon fibre core of the new Supertype 336 T DX. Thanks to a width of 24 mm it is possible to install 25 to 32 mm tubulars. Designed to perform at its best with 25 and 28 mm tyres. New decals: logo and graphics give a more aggressive and elegant touch.

Hub
The AL7075 T6 Ergal bodies are machined using high-precision numerical control (CNC) machines. The flanges on the right-hand side accommodate 16 engagement points for cross-mounted straight-head spokes, while on the left-hand side the flanges accommodate eight spokes.
