Recupero Extreme (Jar 400 g) is suitable to help the recovery phase after intense performances. Thanks to Vitamins of B group (B1, B6, B12) and to electrolytes (Na, Ca, Mg, K), Recupero Extreme helps to reduce fatigue, and to obtain normal muscular and energy metabolism functions. Recupero Extreme contains a high dosage of B.C.A.A. and the dipeptide L-Alanil-L-Glutammine (AlaGln). This product contains Sensoril®, extracted from Withania S., which is known as an adaptogenic tonic, useful to fight physical and mental fatigue and to help psycho-physical relaxation.

Instructions
Dissolve 50 g of product (2 measuring spoons) in 250 ml of water. Take it about 15-30 min. after very intense physical activity.
