Prolyze is a dietary supplement based on hydrolysed and enzymatically isolated whey protein, Carbery Optipep®, with the addition of a Digezyme™ digestive enzyme blend consisting of amylase, cellulase, lactase, lipase, protease and vitamins. Thanks to its hydrolysed whey protein, characterised by rapid absorption and high digestibility, Prolyze is ideal when targeted protein supplementation is required, to be used preferably after training, as the body is more likely to absorb and utilise any 'fast' and available amino acid source for the maintenance and growth of muscle mass; indeed, hydrolysed proteins, compared to whey protein isolate and/or concentrates, are fast-acting as they provide free amino acids or small peptides that can be utilised more quickly. Hydrolysed whey proteins are usefully associated with B vitamins that contribute to regular energy metabolism (B1, B2, B6 and B12) and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (B2, B6 , B12 and folic acid); vitamin B6 is also involved in protein and glycogen metabolism.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Carbery® Optipep® 90-DH4 instant hydrolysed whey protein (contains emulsifier: soya lecithin), low-fat cocoa powder (contains emulsifier: soya lecithin), cocoa flavouring, sweeteners sucralose, acesulfame k; enzyme blend 0.05% Dygezyme™ (amylase, protease, cellulase, beta-galactosidase, lipase), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamine (vitamin B12). cyanocobalamine (vitamin B12).

How to use: dissolve 30 g of powder in 180 ml of water or milk, stirring well, and take once a day, preferably after training.
