It is a branched amino acids supplement (BCAA) with Arginine AKG, Zinc monomethionine and Vitamin B6. Amino-4 COMPLEX is a product for sporting which can favour the development of the strength and the muscular mass, it facilitates the recovery of the work and it furnishes energy. Thanks to its rich formula of amino acids, it is particularly suitable in the sports of resistance and power. Amino-4 COMPLEX contains Zinc Monomethionine in which zinc is bind to the essential amino acid Methionine. In the sports of muscular development, besides its involvement in the plastic function as constituent of muscles and bones, zinc is the cofactor of an enzyme that develops an important role in the anaerobic metabolism of the lactic acid and besides increases the affinity among oxygen and hemoglobin, also favouring, in such way, the aerobic metabolism.

INDICATIONS
The ingestion of Amino-4 is suitable in sporting circle, during the diets and in periods of definition, to compensate the nutritional lacks and/or the increased metabolic demands.

USE
The amino acids can be ingested: before the training for raising their hematic concentration, during the physical activity to prevent their natural diminution, immediately at the end of the training to restore its reserves.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: up to 5 tablets, better if divided before and after the training.

INSTRUCTIONS: in case of prolonged use (over the 6-8 weeks) the opinion of the physician is necessary. The product is contraindicated in the cases of renal and liver pathologies, in pregnancy and below the 14 years. The amino acids supplement must not be intended as substitutes of a varied diet.
